Nodal shift!  July 27, 2026 - March 26, 2028

Change in the balance of power!

The nodes of the moon shift into a different sign every 18+ months. Although the nodes are not planets, but rather measured points in space. They none the less have a powerful influence on our personal and collective journeys.

The north node, known as Rahu, the head of the snake in Vedic astrology, directs us to our purpose in life, our evolution in becoming. While the south node, Ketu the tail of the snake, tells us where we've been and what we now need to release, what no longer serves us.

The nodal axis is the only guaranteed opposition everyone has in there chart and is a reliable indicator of our karmic journey.

The nodes have been in Pisces/Virgo since January 11, 2025 and as they always move backwards, will enter Aquarius/Leo July 27, 2026 - March 26, 2028.

Since we are now moving clearly into the age of Aquarius,  the north node moving into Aquarius indicates a major energetic shift both personally and collectively. With there being no separation in reality what affects us individually affects us collectively and vice versa.

The north node in Aquarius opens up the possibility for a collective, collaborative, innovative pathway of liberation for everyone.

The south node in Leo tells us where we've been focusing on individuality too much for too long. It's time to release the "me and my needs and wants" over the good of the whole.

This movement is about changing systems. The old idea of individual wealth and power is going to give way to  more egalitarian systems.

Pluto moved into Aquarius November 19, 2024 and will remain there until March 2043. This also is a powerful indicator of deep transformation. Pluto, lord of the underworld demands healing from deep within the collective consciousness.  

Pluto=Power and the North Node = Purpose. Power and purpose makes a dynamic impact for sure.

On a personal level if you have your Sun, Moon, Rising sign or Mc in Aquarius you will be called to make changes. Maybe big ones. Don't shy away from the call. This is your soul calling you to your future.

For everyone else look to the house where you have Aquarius to see the area and issues you will be working with to transform.

South node has now moved from Virgo to Leo. Leo is ruled by the Sun and is the home of the inner child, as well as symbolized by the lion who wants to face life with courage and heart. Leos maturity depends on how willing we are to look at and take responsibility for our shadow. In Leo this is self indulgent, self centered, selfish behavior.

The south node is about release and letting go. This passage through Leo is a great opportunity to do our shadow work, both individually and collectively.

Jupiter is in Leo at 5° and will be passing through this sign for the next year. Jupiter is the expander, creator of good fortune and creative expression. Both Leo and Jupiter are the fire element.  So, follow your inner fire!
